I installed a 99 SD intercooler in my 95 F-350 with 7.3 PS, it fit better than I expected, had to cut out the center brace and mod the bottom of the hood latch, no changes to the AC condenser. It's a tight fit in the more rounded 92-97 grill, the 87-91 flat grill might take a little more work. my 7.3 is having a bad fuel problem. it starts fine and everything but when i drive down the road for a while it starts acting like its running out of fuel and it will sometimes clear out and run fine again or it will die. ive tryed alot but no anwser yet. what could it be?
